📜 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and t5666 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the t5666 website at https://t5666.app and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon.

By accessing the t5666 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all supplementary policies referenced herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must cease using the t5666 platform immediately.

t5666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication to the t5666 website. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The date at the top of this page indicates when this version of the Agreement was last updated.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you are entering into it voluntarily and without coercion. You further confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

🔞 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The t5666 platform is intended exclusively for adults. To register and use the t5666 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. t5666 applies a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and any funds deposited may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking contractual capacity are not permitted to use the platform.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion period, either self-imposed via the t5666 Responsible Gaming tools or imposed by t5666 following a compliance review.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on t5666. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same name or under different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: All registration details you provide — including name, date of birth, address, and payment method details — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of this Agreement.
• Not acting on behalf of another: You must be using the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

Parents and guardians in Bangladesh are strongly encouraged to implement device-level parental controls to prevent underage persons from accessing online gaming and gambling platforms. t5666 does not target persons under the age of 18 in any of its marketing or communications, and we actively support initiatives that protect minors from exposure to gambling content.

👤 3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of games and services offered by t5666 — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and crash games — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide certain personal information, create login credentials, and accept this Agreement.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on t5666. Duplicate accounts are identified through automated systems that cross-reference device identifiers, IP addresses, payment method details, and personal information. Where duplicate accounts are detected, t5666 will close all but the earliest account, forfeit any bonuses held in duplicate accounts, and may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

• Username and password: You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your t5666 account. Your login credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. t5666 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Suspicious activity: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify t5666 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected] or via 24/7 live chat. t5666 will take prompt action to secure your account upon receiving a verified report.
• Account verification: t5666 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage. This may include submitting a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests above a certain threshold will require completed KYC.
• Accurate profile: You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. Notify t5666 support if your name, address, or payment details change. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing.

💰 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the t5666 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). t5666 supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure that players across all regions of Bangladesh can deposit and withdraw conveniently and without delay.

Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary by account status and region. t5666 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, regardless of payment method. Some payment methods may carry their own minimum transaction limits which supersede this platform minimum where higher.
• Own account requirement: You may only deposit using payment accounts that are registered in your own name. t5666 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits received from accounts not in your name will be returned and your account may be flagged for review.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during active platform hours (10 AM – 2 AM BST). Requests submitted outside peak hours may take up to 4 hours. t5666 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawal verification: t5666 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Providing false documents is a serious offence and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Transaction fees: t5666 does not charge internal transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.
• Currency: All transactions, balances, and displayed amounts are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). t5666 does not process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is subject to their own rates and fees.
• Dormant accounts: An account with no login activity for 180 consecutive days is classified as dormant. t5666 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.

🎁 5. Bonuses & Promotions

t5666 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, and expiry periods. It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific terms attached to each bonus before accepting it.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on t5666 welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games (including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, and Blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate. Crash games contribute at their own specified rate. The contribution table for each bonus is available in the promotion details.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within this period or the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Standard expiry is 14 days unless stated otherwise.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your t5666 account at any given time. You may not stack multiple bonuses. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses will result in the cancellation of all but the first accepted bonus.
• Bonus abuse: t5666 monitors all bonus activity. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonuses — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Promotional eligibility: t5666 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions may be restricted to certain player groups, geographic regions, payment methods, or time periods. t5666 may withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Errors and malfunctions: If a bonus is issued in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or system malfunction — t5666 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, regardless of whether the player was aware of the error at the time of use.

⚖️ 6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

t5666 is committed to maintaining a fair, honest, and secure gaming environment for all players. The platform operates exclusively with games from certified providers — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently audited to ensure fair outcomes. In addition to platform-level fairness, all players are expected to engage with the platform in good faith and in compliance with the following conduct rules.

• No money laundering: t5666 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. The platform must not be used to launder money or finance any illegal activity. t5666 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies and will report suspicious transaction activity in accordance with applicable requirements.
• No fraudulent chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback with your payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit constitutes fraud. t5666 will pursue recovery of fraudulent chargebacks through all available legal channels and will report such conduct to relevant authorities.
• No multi-accounting: Operating more than one t5666 account — whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses, evade a self-exclusion, or circumvent any platform restriction — is a serious breach of this Agreement. All accounts involved will be closed and all balances forfeited.
• Respectful conduct: Players interacting with live dealers, other players in multiplayer environments, or with t5666 support staff must maintain respectful and appropriate conduct. Harassment, abusive language, threatening behaviour, or discriminatory remarks will result in immediate account suspension.

t5666 reserves the right to investigate any activity it deems suspicious. During an investigation, the affected account may be suspended and pending withdrawals withheld. t5666 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the player via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

🚫 7. Account Suspension & Closure

t5666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of Agreement: Any material breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, or any other platform rule.
• Fraudulent activity: Any suspected or confirmed fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest activity involving the player's account, payment methods, or bonus claims.
• Underage gambling: Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age, regardless of when the account was created.
• Identity misrepresentation: Discovery that any registration information was false, incomplete, or provided in a misleading manner.
• Self-exclusion violation: Attempting to create or access an account during an active self-exclusion period.
• Regulatory compliance: Where required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or a directive from a competent authority.
• Voluntary closure: Upon written request by the account holder via [email protected], subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements and the processing of any outstanding withdrawal.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, t5666 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any winnings, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as voluntary closure or regulatory requirement — any genuine real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within 10 business days.

⚠️ 8. Limitation of Liability

The t5666 platform and all content, games, and services it provides are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While t5666 invests continuously in platform reliability, uptime, and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability, technical faults, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

• Gambling losses: t5666 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by players in the normal course of gameplay. Gambling involves risk and it is the player's sole responsibility to manage their betting activity within their personal financial means.
• Technical faults: In the event of a game malfunction, connectivity failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a round or bet, t5666's liability is limited to refunding the stake placed on the affected round. t5666 will not pay out winnings on outcomes generated by a demonstrably faulty game state.
• Third-party services: t5666 integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and service vendors. t5666 is not liable for faults, delays, or errors originating from third-party systems, including payment processing delays on the side of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any other payment provider.
• Force majeure: t5666 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, power failures, cyberattacks, or telecommunications disruptions.
• Consequential losses: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t5666 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of reputation.
• Maximum liability: Where t5666 is found liable for any claim arising from your use of the platform, the maximum aggregate liability of t5666 to you in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits t5666's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.

By continuing to use the t5666 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in its entirety, including the limitations of liability set out in this section.
